May...mcm nama kumpulan rock dulu2 kan? tapi act May ni bulan 5..kuang3!
9 may: I start keje baru kat supplements company..n till now, Alhamdulillah progression ak ok je..bagus..semedang sakit kaki if kuar g outlet.hahaha..baru 3 weeks I keje kat sini..emmm.waiting for my 1st salary here!ahaks..so far, ok jew coz I need to move from management/ corporate ways to nutrition field.coz I mau jadi PZM..(ape tu?)
ok la..PZM ni actually singkatan untuk Pegawai Zat Makanan@ Nutritionist kat govern sector.So, itula impian I selama ni..I nak jadik PZM becoz I suke environment kat clinics or hospitals.haha..nak jadi doc I kurang pandai so jadi Nutritionist pon ok wat? tapi tula...sampai la ni gov xde panggil intrview.I berserah je..so now, tgh kumpol experience & review again apa2 yg I belajar selama ni..1 year I keje bahgian management, so otak berkarat sikit la.hahaha..

so, until today..I am still in this place..working with passion(ye ke?) & I am trying to improve my knowledge n comm. skill as I think My English not very good. I dunno whether my English was bad or the Iranian guy that I spoke to yesterday donno to speak English.hehe...its ok aja..from your experiences, you can learn more n more...chaiyokkk!

I banyak kuar ke outlet to promote the products & doing health test + consultation to the customer. some are the loyal customer n I happy la bile diorang bagitau this product is good n blaablaabla..means company I xtipu ya!('',)..yang paling happy bile ada guy tu dulu muka die berjerawat batu tau, then my PA advice him to take our products: for detox & improve antioxidant..now,,wa caya lu la brooooo..muke cantek gile! maintain ya bro..hopefully I can see u gain n see ur improvement.hope better than before..

merepek je kan?xpela..I saja2 tulis.hahaha..

aduhhh!ni entry yg paling nak buat untuk lepas perasaan!hahaha
actually, i ni memang chubby dari kecik..i tinggi gak la..sebb tyme sekolah2 dulu xpernah dpt duduk dpn even sy rabun..sebb cikgu cakap i tinggi..*sigh*
n I sangat2 suke makan..im food luver..fast foods ke..bukan fast foods ke..sume I bantai asalkan ianya sedap n Halal..(wajib!) tapi sebbkan I ni grad from nutrition background, I tyme study dulu xde la gemok..chubby je la..n sebb I suke makan plus xsuke exercise, maka berat badan I bertambah la dgn jayanya,...u al bayang kan, I masuk U dgn berat 50kg umo 19 taun la tyme tu, I kuar dgn berat 60kg..cesss.mmg UPM ni Universiti penternakan manusia betul..hahahaha

so, lepas je abes study, I stay dgn my sis's family because I dapat keje pon area2 dekat dgn rumah die..so, sempatla tukar 2 jobs tyme I stay dgn my sis. My sis ni housewife full time...so keje die adalah masak, makan, masak n makan...n I yg stay dengan die almost 1 year ni pon dah jadi amcam die sebab I balik keje, makanan dah siap mask.I nak watpe..food luver kan?mestila makan!huwaaa.dulu tyme study, I jarang makan malam..coz I tau I dah makan banyak tyme siang..I kawal gak la ape yg I makan..but NOW!!!!OMG! I xtahu nak cakap macam mana..i makan dinner tu wajib..adehhhh3..just imagine how many kg I put in my weight till now?disebabkan I malas exercise, maka jadilah Hajar si Muk muk..uwaaa..my laling panggil I tembam coz I tembam sgt..die geram.cettt punye apex.hehe..

N till now, on mei 2011..i rasa sgt2 keciwa sebb berat i bertambah2 dgn jayanya..:(...xmau gemuk.uhuhu..lepas majlis tunang I hari tu la episod penambahan berat ni bermula..I pon start la salahkan apex sbb buat I gemuk.errrr.salah die ke?hahaha..so now, he is controlling my diet..no fast foods without him..pulakkk..

so, now I start to do my diet regim again..n exercise more..luckily my new ofis needs me to use stairs only..4 tingkat u!gile hari2 I turun naek.hahah..n I park kete jauh2 dari opis..saja nak berjalan jauh..use stairs bile balik dari keje..umah I tingkat 10..so I naek tangga 2 hari sekali.hahaha.gile mak nak menapak hari2 sampai tgkat 10.adehhh..

Mkan? no fast foods anymore..no junk foods..jajan2 xmo dah.huhu..rice? only take a little..if can, puasa tyme keje.hahaha..banyakkan minum air kosong, buah2an..

exercise? selain naek turun tangga..jalan kaki jauh2..I kene wat exercise laen..jogging n skipping..sit up jangan lupe sayang..pagi td je hampir terlupe..so I wat poyo2 je 10x..ckpla..dah lmbt nk g keje.wuuu..

harapan?nak g gym...i act lg suke lari kat treadmill dr jog kat luar.hehe..sebb I sorang2 rase pelik nak jog sorg2..takot kene ambush ngan org gile.huk3..tp apakan daya, kewangan I xstabil lagi..so, xpela..gune natural ways to lose my weight..dapat stabil mcm dulu pon cukupla..

yipppieeeeeeeeeee!!!

today,9 may 2011 I stat keje kat company baru..the company is VitaHealth.com ni adalah subsidiary of VitaLife-company from Australia..So, basically dis company provide health supplement, vitamins and herbs's product like Gingko, Grapefruit, Orange, Mangosteen, Palmograine(betul ke eja ni?errrrr). Ada byk lagi la..as im still fresh n new here.I kene la study on the product materials n akan ada training starting tomorrow..hr ni free byk dats why aku boleh update blog.hehehe

So, gambaran awal ok.makanan murah!hahaha..aku amik nasi+ayam goreng+sayur bendi baru rm3.50..pastu pasal dah murah sgt ak tambah limau ais=RM1.so, total ak spend rm4.50 utk makan hari ni.hehehe

tapi!huwaaaa..ade prob laen kat tempt ni.parking fees die mahal.huk2..sejam .60sen.sampai ak habes keje hari ni adala rm5 n ianya mestilah duet syiling.OMG!my first day I asyik fikir mana nak cari syiling.hahaha..fening2

So, now.I tgh study pasal dis company lagi..n start searching for the house/room.I xmahu stay S.alam dah..nak berdikari..selagi i stay umah my sis selagi tu la I xboley berdikari..plus dgn jem yg sgt teruk pg tadi.aduhhhh..seb baek xlewat..first day tu.hik3..okla..nanti2 i borak lg key.daaaaa
